My only real concern initially was affordability. With that being said I was able to get an agreement on the amount of allocated hours and the scope of work we agreed on. I made sure I was transparent with our hard limits on cost and they to their credit worked within those guidelines. The actual work itself was better than I had expected having hired outside help in the past. The first most eye opening aspect of our engagement was Thomas immedietly pointing out things that were not happening correctly in our QuickBooks. I was impressed with their ability to help us totally redo our company quickbooks file and even the chart of accounts. I was unaware of the amount of money we were losing to laziness and a lack of accountability on the account receivables side. Money we were losing because of our lack of motivation to collect. This alone may end up paying for the whole project. We spent basically the whole two weeks working with our internal accounting department my goal is to see if this pays off and then invite them back after the close of 2026.
