When the IRS worker told me I had to satisfy IRS requirements or they were going to garnish 90% of my next paycheck and I knew I could not do it alone, I called Blue Tax immediately. From the beginning, starting with James, the whole team offered me a measure of peace, without giving false hopes. Senior Account Manager Rick assured me Blue Tax is very good at what they do...I had no choice but to believe him. My personal account manager, Veronica, worked very hard and we spent 2 days faxing and calling back and forth. Successful Outcome!
The first shock was getting the audit notice from the IRS after having never been audited for 40 some years. The second shock was when the IRS agent informed me that an audit would be a "brutal experience." That's when I called Blue Tax having heard their ads on the radio for quite some time.
The folks at Blue Tax immediately put my mind at ease, provided I had all my records, which I did. I found Roshni to be personable and quite astute in
moving through the process. She handled my concerns and reported back to me in a timely manner.
The result was a successful "Zero Balance Due" at the conclusion of the audit.
My wife and I couldn't be happier and would recommend the folks at Blue Tax to everyone who finds themselves confronted with an audit. It was money well spent.

Great work!
Very pleased with them. Had been with the same accountant for 15 years. Finally got fed up with the "yeah, you'll break even again this year, maybe get a little back" so tried Blue Tax. They not only provided a substantial refund, they were incredibly responsive, cost 1/3 less than what my old tax-man charged me, provided advice on ways to pay less in the future, and went back and redid past returns to get further reductions there. Only negative is they won't e-file, but worth waiting the extra 4-6 weeks to get a much bigger check (and in the future pay less).

My experience with Blue Tax has been very good.I had multiple missing returns and a complicated case.Jeff Kim stayed on top of every little thing and pushed through my case.Even when I probably called and pressured them too much,Jeff and blue tax worked through the details and delivered.I had tried another tax team out of Denver,Omni Financial,they let me down miserably.3000.00 down the drain,they simply came to me and said the did not have the people that could handle my case.Blue Tax took my case and worked through the issues and got the results I needed.Yes it takes time,usually more than planned.But do what they ask of you and respond quickly to everything,and they will get you through the process.Thanks again to Jeff Kim,and Blue Tax for all their help.

Blue Tax.....the beasts are finally vanquished
The IRS started harassing me back in 2005 for back taxes. They even garnished my military retirement for a three month period. Then the state started harassing me because of information provided to them from the IRS. After writing many letters and numerous phone calls I had no luck in resolving my tax issues. Finally, I received a notice from the state stating they were going to suspend my drivers license, and steam started erupting from my ears. The Blue Tax commercial just happened to be on television as I finished reading the notice from the state. I called them immediately and explained my problem. Initially I dealt with a fellow named Ken Fox. As things progressed my actual tax issues were handed to Jeffery Kim.
Jeff immediately put me to work providing back tax returns, W-2's and 1099's way back to 2003. So, after I provided all the requested documents, Jeff went to work. While the process was in progress, Jeff kept me calm (no small fête) and informed me as to what was happening along the way. Finally, after three short months, Jeff had accomplished what I had been unable to do in seven years. IRS is paid off, and as it turns out, I owed the state Zero $'s, zip, zilch, Nada. Blue Tax can be very proud of the work/service that Jeff Kim provided to me. Jeff Kim would be a valuable asset to any company.

I would like to thank the Blue Tax team, especially, Leslie Mackey, for all her support and patience. She even listened as I hopelessly poured out all my personal problems which lead to the nightmare with the IRS. Being in another state, everything was done promptly by fax, email and phone. All calls were answered, or returned the same day, professionally and courteously. When my wages were levied, Leslie calmly reassure me and within 5 hours the levy was removed and a plan was worked out. I will recommend Leslie at Blue Tax to anyone with Tax issues. In addition to a bout of ill health, I have had the horror of moving which is not complete after nearly two months. Please accept my apology.

I had huge problem with the IRS. I didn't filed the taxes for 2 years and owe like $89,000.00 for the '06-'08 also the IRS levy my bank and my income and they where looking in levy everything I have , so I called Blue Tax and they where able to remove my levy and also reduce what I owe to IRS so now i owe from '06-'11 only $69,000 and my payments are $180.00 per month .
Jimmy Ma, is very professional, respectful and understanding .From his side he was moving fast to fix my problem I was the one moving slow.

God Bless you Mr. Han for your support on helping me with my taxes situation; I had been holding for so long to find someone or a responsable company to support me in taking care of such a huge amount of money ($29,000.00) IRS said I owe them. Big Kuddos to Blue Tax!
I want to thank Blue Tax for all the hard work they did for us! What a nightmare for us! Now, I'm able to sleep! Susan and Colin went out of their way to answer all my questions and listen to me moan and groan! They were prompt and always courteous. They seemed to understand what predicament we were in! I lost my job and home and they knew how to keep me calm. I know they had difficulty with the State of California, they are the worst, but they were able to make a monthly deal that was do-able! I have had my TAX troubles for years and it has been worrying me for many many of those years. I knew I had to take care of it but just didn't know what to do. I called blue tax and talk to Robert Foster and he really made me feel comfortable and worked with me on the fees. The level of service I received with Blue Tax was something I never expected.
