Brookstone Law is amazing, they saved my house and I would like to thank everybody at the firm who treated my family with the up most of professionalism. Brookstone ran a securitization report for my family and showed me and the court that the Bank of America had no legal right to foreclose on my home and I am still in my house. The case is moving forward and this firm has done everything that they said that they would do and for the first time in years I can sleep again. They never make any guarantees but they will meet with you in person and make sure that you have a full understanding of everything that is going on with the crooks at the bank so you can make intelligent decisions about your biggest asset. A light of hope in a dark abyss....
During this time in our history, even lawyers are treading on new territory. Even great intellectuals who have studied and outlined our country's current economic fiasco cannot agree.
It is crucial to our families sanity to have learned lawyers overseeing the process and providing whatever defense is necessary to insure that this kind of fraud is not allowed to continue.
Banks are going to court with fraudulent documents to take people’s homes, and instead of prosecuting them for their previous fraudulent actions, our government and courts are still letting them proceed with this, making countless families homeless, and causing immeasurable damage to people’s lives. The fact is, millions of people were led into mortgages like sheep, with the banks, brokers, and real estate appraisals telling them what to do and how to do it to get approved. You are aware that many of these mortgages were sold to ordinary people who trusted first their real estate brokers, then the banks’ officials; often to people who didn’t speak English very well, to people who believed that if the bank approved you for something, then you should not question it.
Some of us actually believed that there were laws in place that would not allow this kind of blatant theft to occur without repercussions to the firms that perpetrated the fraud. We grew up and were trained in schools where they taught us about the integrity of our democratic government, they taught us about the protections we had under the laws and the constitution. We thought we were safe to believe in the safe guards that had been in place for almost a hundred years. Still, there are intelligent men who sit around tables and talk about the countless people struggling in the middle class as if we are reprobate. WE did not create this catastrophe, but rather the executives and leaders who now look upon us with distain. This is a national disaster and we ALL should be doing our part to make things right, not just the middle class.
Brookstone law is doing their part to make things right by defending the homebuyers who have been defrauded upon. This is an admirable undertaking and certainly one that paves new pathways in the legal field. However, due to the enormity of the undertaking it often takes awhile to get a response. Understandable, but frustrating.

I finally have a voice with Brookstone Law PC
Since joining the Wright V. BofA mass joinder litigation, I could not be more pleased to share my experience having Brookstone law represent me. I always receive honest,positive,and professional service from Banking Specialist, Anthony Williams. I never feel my concerns do not matter and appreciate that. The sophisticated and complex scheme used to take advantage of us ordinary consumers have been a night mare to make right with our bank,Countrywide/BofA. As a plaintiff in the lawsuit, I finally feel as though I have a voice and can be heard. There is no way I would have ever been able to articulate the wrong done in obtaining what I thought was a legitimate loan. In my opinion, Brookstone Law PC has done an excellent job in presenting the facts along with requesting the appropriate and fair remedies.

Very Encouraging Meeting with Brookstone Rep, Mr Anthony Williams
I truly believe from the bottom of my heart that this firm has a mission! And, that is to help the HOMEOWNERS OF AMERICA, who have been forced out of their need into unethical and catchy home loans. Catchy because they knew from DAY 1, that the loans they were offering were mires, a burial place for needy and desperate homeowners, who trusted the banks they were doing business with,like Washington Mutual was to me. Brookstone will tell you outright what it is that they can not and can do!!! You have an ally in this company. May God Bless them and May God Shower them strength and power in their endeavors! TOO, may the Good GOD give them wisdom to uncover the truth behind these loans which caused the downfall of many a homeowner's dream and trust in the financial systems.

Brookstone Law is Professional and Friendly
My experience with Brookstone Law, especially with Banking Specialist, Anthony Williams has been extremely positive. I have been in real estate over 12 years with as many as 26 properties at one time. With this economy I am down to 17. I have found Mr. Williams to be very well informed and able to help my wife and I with our own home as well as our investment properties. We are trusting him and Brookstone Law with confidence we have not had in other firms. I have found Anthony very friendly and understanding of both our problems and concerns. NO STONE LEFT UNTURNED... BROOKSTONE.
Brookstone Law – What can be said about the firm. They are nothing short of a MIRACLE. The Banks are not your friend, the IRS is not your friend, the Government is not your friend – BROOKSTONE LAW IS YOUR FRIEND, YOUR BEST FRIEND.
For 3 years, we struggled to meet our mortgage with threats of foreclosures. We borrowed, sold personal items, scraped until we could do no more.
In March 2011, our daughter pushed us to call Brookstone Law. We met with Gil and Consuelo. We were dumbfounded on what they told us regarding our lender and our contract with Washington Mutual / Chase.
For months and months the stress was so tremendous that we had not been able to sleep and worried ourselves to illness. My husband had a heart attack in April and I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
We were deceived with bad contracts from the lending company and by the bank; who did not want to work with us or help us and gave us the run around.
Brookstone staff is caring and is in touch with us continuously and have kept us in our home that we built 44 years ago.
I thank GOD for bringing Brookstone Law to us. We finally have had rest and hope.

My experience with Brookstone Law occurred in early May 2011. During a meeting with two of their representatives I was informed as to the nature of their business, specifically the law suits against the major banks and also offered other legal products to protect my home. Initially we had a misunderstanding in billing however within days of my contacting Brookstone Law via e-mail they began the process of correcting their error. I was kept in the loop and forwarded all communication between their departments. I received a phone call from Vito Torchia himself. He was gracious and helpful and promised quick resolution to the problem. I appreciated his personal attention to this matter, thus expediting the resolution.
My experience with Brookstone Law and their representatives was positive, they are knowlegeable in their field and and conduct themselves professionally as well as ethically.
