This "business" should be called "BIG SCAM"
I ordered a magazine subscription 6mo ago. After 3 months and still not receiving my subscription I called number on the receipt. 99% of the time I got a answering machine not even saying the name of the business but to leave a message. They never returned any of my calls. The one time someone did answer the phone the woman told me a refund check would be issued in 2-4 weeks. Over 5 weeks later and still no check!!! I have tried calling numerous times and still only get the answering machine and never have any calls returned. This "business" is obviously ran by a bunch of scam artist!!

Billing Problem
My wife issued a post dated check to the salesman. Upon reviewing the next day we decided to cancel the order (within 72hrs) and sent in the form they provided to do so. They cashed the post dated check early, even though the salesman had "called in" and gotten post dating approved. This cost me a returned fee and NSF charge with the bank. Customer service just doesn't exist anymore.....it's all about the almighty buck.

New Name, Same Old Scam
I’m writing to let you know that D&D Innovations, located at 97 Old Bishop Farm Rd., Arden, NC 28704, is yet another company owned by David Fussell used to defraud the public. It is the second such company owned by him in North Carolina and only the latest in a long list of companies from other states. I do not understand why the BBB cannot link these companies together because there are HUNDREDS of complaints on each company’s BBB report. He is taking people’s money and then just changing his company name to avoid the consequences. Despite the fact that Debra Brower, his fiancée, is listed as the owner of D&D Innovations Inc. on the company’s BBB report, David Fussell is listed as the incorporator on the company’s Articles of Incorporation, see link below:

I have listed two links from the BBB for the previous two companies he has owned and used to cheat people.
Some Day Sales, Inc was his last company and was also based in Arden, North Carolina although they used a PO box instead of their home address.

Before that, he lived in Georgia and owned another company with his aunt, Carol Lance, called Veritas Communications.

His agents have had numerous run-ins with local police. See links below:

If he can’t be stopped, people should at least be aware of his history in business and he should not be allowed to just change the name of his company and pretend it is ethical. If you check into these facts, you will find that this is all true.
