Excellent customer care


Unexpectedly, our phone system failed. Needing immediate attention, we contacted our client, Fusion Communications Inc. We produce their printed materials and were aware of their integrity and desire to provide great customer service. Within an hour, Fusion installed a temporary phone system to get our business back online. The next day, they completed the installation of our new Mitel communications platform. Their technician not only installed our system but provided excellent training on how to implement it. With Fusion’s attention to detail and desire to provide excellent customer care, we recovered our communications without any loss of business activity!

highly trained, knowledgeable staff


Our surveillance equipment was old and not reliable. With their highly trained, knowledgeable staff, Fusion Communications was able to assist us with selecting and implementing a video surveillance system that was affordable and reliable. Our new cameras and recording devices provide a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees. Our ability to monitor our multiple locations offsite provides us with the peace of mind that our business is secure 24/7!
