I read all the reviews about Home Solutions prior to using the service. I was very surprised to find that the staff members were not only friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. I was recently laid off which let to my family and I being evicted. Home Solutions was able to help us not only find a good home within 3 weeks in a wonderful area but they also found a landlord that was very understanding of our current situation. He was more than willing to work with us and help us get back on our feet. Without Home Solutions I’m not so sure this would have been possible. I have already recommended this service to a few of my buddies that were also recently laid off. I hope I never need to use the service again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call Home Solutions.

I had an eviction on my credit report and was being denied for renting a home for my family, so I went to Home Solutions and they helped me find a nice home for my family and I. The staff is very friendly and helpful and very professional. I recommend to everyone! I will use them again for all my placement needs!

This company is a fraud and a scam. They make you pay upfront and guarantee placement. The staff is completely clueless and inept. They are incapable of getting anything done when asked the first time. They are supposed to provide their clients with a rental listing showing all the available properties for rent along with the contact info, weekly. Every week I have to call repeatedly to get them to email me the listing, if I don't call, I will not receive it. In effect all they do is repost the same rental listings taken from Craigslist and the Pennysaver (things you can do on your own). They claim that when you submit an interest form for a listing that they will contact the property owner and forward them your credit history and rental information. The property managers that i did get hold of did not receive such info from them until I called repeatedly and requested Home Solutions to do this. They guarantee placement for all their clients, yet they do nothing to work towards getting you placed. Save yourself the time,hassle and headache of ever doing business with this bunch of morons. You can do better on your own. Save the non-refundable $160 they take from you.
