Steamline FHA refinance
I came across Infiniti Home Loans while searching the Internet for a company that could do a Streamline FHA Refinance. I called the company and spoke with Michael Davis. He took the time to explain everything, even the smallest details, to me. He explained how Infiniti could refinance with a cheaper rate than big banks would/could.
He got the streamline refinance rolling and sent easy to read/understand e-mails with what I needed to do. When I had a question, I always called him and he seemed to be there every time, even on the weekends. I had lots of questions about all the numbers and amounts that were printed amongst pages and pages of documents. Since I had no idea what I was looking at, I called Michael and he took the time to explain everything to me.
When it came time to lock in our rate, Michael called me the minute the rates would change. Because of this, we were able to get a rate that was extremely low and also got all out closing and other fees covered.
It's weird to do business with a person I have never met in person and was skeptical at first. But I am very glad I spoke with Michael and am now saving thousands of dollars a year.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I just closed the refi using IHL and their outstanding employee Stanley Wu.
They did exactley what he said they would and fast. It was quick easy and very inexpensive. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Wu and IHL.

Michael Davis was very responsive
Michael did a refi on our home with us. He responded to all of my questions, I had a lot. He checked in and gave me updates without my having to call him. He was so easy to work with and did a wonderful job. I recommend IHL and Michael Davis and will be coming back to him if I need to refi again in the future.

Outstanding job by Nathan Turner
We refinanced our Mortgage with Infiniti Home Loans in March. I worked with Nathan Turner and he was outstanding !!! We refinanced from a 30 year to a 15 year loan and he made this process very easy and was leading us through the process step by step. He was extremly responsive ! Whenever I contacted him, he was very quick in returning with the information I needed. He was very patient in answering the many questions I had. He also found us a very low rate of 3.375% with almost no closing costs. When we run into trouble with the subordination requirement from our second loan lender because the lender was so slow, he did everything in his power to get the subordination in time so we could lock in the low rate in time.
If we ever want to refinance again, I would only do it with Nathan and Infiniti Home Loans. I already started to recommend him to a colleague of mine who also thinks about re-financing and I will definitely do the same for anybody else who is looking for mortgage funding or refinancing. If I could, I would like to give 6 stars !! Thank you very much, Nathan, for a great job well done !

Refinanced - Best Rate!
I just finished refinancing my loan through IHL. My loan specialist was Michael Davis and he got me the best rate he's seen in the last 60 years!! He was very easy to work with and was in constant communication with me throughout the process. I highly recommend him and IHL.

Highly Recommend
We went through IHL to refinance our house late last year and were *very* satisfied with the experience. Our agent, Michael Davis, got us a very low rate with no out-of-pocket expense (except for the appraisal fee)! One thing that really impressed us was how Michael diligently communicated to us the status of the loan, and if he could not reach us, he made sure to leave a message on all the phone #s we gave him! I've dealt with a few other loan companies in the past, and by far, this is the best company so far! I would wholeheartedly recommend IHL and Michael!!

Top Notch Service, They went above and beyond and really cared!
I have bought homes in the past before and refinanced multiple times but never had an experience so positive as this one. Nate went above and beyond to cater to my schedule and complicated finances. Excellent Professional Service
Alex Than at Infiniti Home Loans got me a 3.875% mortgage loan, the lowest rate I've seen in my adult life. He walked me through the whole process and we did not even meet. Everything was done electronically except for the signing with a public notary, who came to my house after my work hour. Alex explained everything in details, promptly returned my phone calls even after his office hours and on weekends. If there's anything he didn't know, he found out and got back to me quickly. Nothing was unanswered.
I am very critical and selective when it comes to service quality. Alex has earned my trust with his professionalism, enthusiasm, courtesy, and expertise. I highly recommend Alex Than for your mortgage needs.

I just completed my second refinance with Infiniti Home Loans. Nathan Turner was in constant contact with me. He answered every question I had promptly and put it into terms that were easy to understand. He is very patient and was always willing to work long days and put out extra effort to help me get through this time sensitive process. The network of professionals that Nathan works with was equally impressive. I have financed several homes over the years and Nathan is second to none, he is an expert with a lot of experience and in times such as these you need an expert on your side. We refinanced with IHL, they did everything that was promised. Our loan moved along quickly with no major problems. We got the best rate with minimal costs. Todd Olsen found us a highly competitive rate and walked us through the convoluted tree killing process now required to close a refinancing. Todd was invariably courteous and patient as we dealt with a number of options which were available. Communication was never a problem as Todd was quick to let us know how things were going and what was needed; if anything we were slower getting him required information than he was in letting us know the progress of our application, When all was done, the paper signing ceremony was convenient and painless.

Best guy to work with
Stanley Wu helped me refinance at the very best rate for a 30-year fixed—he advised me to wait as rates continued to fall, then lock on the day rates were lowest. He was extremely helpful and attentive, promptly responding to my many phone and email inquiries during the process, no matter what time of day (or night). After a bad experience with the finance company that I purchased my house through, I was surprised and pleased with how professional Stanley and Infiniti were in the handling of my refinance and transfer to the new mortgage servicer. I would definitely want to work with Stanley if I ever refinance again. Highly recommended!
