Awful and VERY disappointing
I sent multiple 14K gold items and a few sterling silver ones and I received a settlement offer of $30.45. When telling the rep of the offers I've read about in reviews, he told me that their items must have weighed more than mine. I do not think that
was at all a true statement. I'm hoping to get my items back from the company soon.

Content with final offer, bummed to learn my 18k (or so I thought) bracelet was only 14k!
As this is the first time I have ever sold gold in any way, shape or form, I have to admit to being very leery about mailing out my gold to SellYourGold.com. Having said that, from my first interaction to my closing interaction with Katlin, this company
is great to work with. When I initially sent in my bracelet and ring, I was of the impression that the bracelet was 18 karat gold. It was represented to be such when it was purchased, and had the 18k stamp embedded on the inside of the clasp. Upon receiving
my initial offer and being informed that my bracelet was tested and came back as being 14 karat gold, I was naturally skeptical and thought the company was simply trying to rip me off. After all, what do I know? But Katlin was very reassuring in letting me
know that they see this several times a day, every day. In fact, some pieces of gold they receive are actually only gold plated or gold filled. After hearing that, I was actually relieved to hear that my bracelet was actually pure 14k gold. Katlin assisted
in getting my offer raised from $230.00 to $350.00. As a currently unemployed individual, this was quite helpful. I even asked her if I could get a few dollars more, but she said she had to fight for the $350.00 :) In closing, if you are hesitant to use this
service, please don't be. I will never be able to prove whether or not my bracelet was 18k or 14k, but these folks would not have an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau if they were in the business of lying to or cheating their customers. Give SellYourGold.com

One on one customer service
We are retired and have recently built a new home which is a lot smaller and as I was packing, I decided it was finally time to get rid of some of my old jewelry. I did a lot of research to figure out where I wanted to get quotes. I live in a really small

GREAT SERVICE
I first decided to sell my unwanted jewelry when a cash4gold commercial came on but i knew not to mess with them since my friend went through a mishap and they "never receieved his jewelry" so I did some homework and come across this GREAT SITE CALLED SELLYOURGOLD.com I sent in a 14kt gold chain, and a 18kt gold ring and at first I got a disappointing $530 after I called them and they gave me estimates on what I would recieve so I called them and let them know that I wasnt happy with the offer. "Nando" informed me that he was going to try to raise the offer and they raised it to $775! which was great! I'm so happy I decided to go with them.
If youre not happy with their offer call them up and they might give you more! :)

Good Experience
I was looking to sell some old gold and after looking into all the online companies out there I am glad I went with Sell Your Gold. The kit arrived quickly and was through Fed Ex express which made me feel like it was more secure since I could easily track my package. Quick and easy!
Like a lot of people, I was a bit hesitant about sending my jewelry through the mail. However, it proved itself to be a quick and safe way to send it and I received an offer within a few short days! Sold Heirlooms...hard to do, but worth it.
This site and this process were excellent. I had lots of family heirlooms included in the bath I sent in which was difficult to sell, but in the end it was worth it. I used the 'live chat' feature a lot and usually talked with Hugo who was wonderful...very helpful, personable and professional. I will tell everyone I know about sellyourgold.com. 3 transactions and they were all perfect!
I was a little worried to send a valuable shipment to an internet company that I had no knowledge of. However after the first order was processed all my concerns dissappeared.
I found all three of the different customer service reps that I had contact with to be prompt, professional and very courteous. My shipments were received, valued and the funds transferred to my account faster than I imagined.
