By the time I found out about Tax Resolution Services the IRS was already sending letters, calling and wanting to meet with us. I knew this was too big for us to handle on our own. I will say though, in the beginning I had a couple of your staff working on my case and they really did not measure up. The good news is you let them go and put Khristina Lopez on my case. Thank you for all of your help and coaching. When I went to the IRS and tried to handle it on my own I only got myself into trouble. I would highly recommend contacting Tax Resolution Services if you are having problems with the IRS.
During the process I became fearful of going to my mailbox. Anytime I received a letter from the IRS I would panic and call Leiya. She was always quick to return my calls whether it be late in the evening or even over the weekends. She made me feel at ease, which was hard to do. I would highly recommend contacting Tax Resolution Services if you are having problems with the IRS. I was having problems going to sleep at night due to the fear I had of the IRS. Thanks to TRS and Leiya, I am sleeping well again. I can't tell you thanks enough!!!

I truly appreciated the way you resolution services work. It was nice knowing I would not have to confront IRS personnel personally. I appreciated when the IRS contacted me, all I had to do was forward that response on to TRS (Asia J., specifically) and that response would be dealt with in an authoritative and timely way. I trusted that if I were to meet all the deadlines TRS set for me that TRS would meet their deadlines set by the IRS. From results I have received, TRS clearly kept up their side of the agreement. I hope I do not come across anyone else who needs help with IRS issues, but if I do TRS will be my first recommendation.

Please understand these compliments are for the excellent service received from Amir Boroumand. My first contact with TRS was with John Manolos. John worked to help us during the initial phase of our situation and I'm sure did what he felt he could at that time. However, when Amir assumed our case after John left TRS our fortunes changed drastically. His approach, thoroughness, presentation of how he felt he could help us further and then taking action to execute his plan with the IRS was just beyond belief. I fully understand my issues were self created, however, it was like taking a breath of fresh air for the first time in a long time. I'm from the Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley) area. Kudo’s to the CEO Michael Rozbruch!! It’s because of his ads on Rush Limbaugh I found out about Tax Resolution Services. I owed over $100K and was getting threatening letters from the IRS. They said they would take all of my property. I did not even try to go this alone…I called YOU!! And let me tell you, you lived up to EVERY expectation, and MORE! Everything you said would happen did. Brittany Turner was my gal. She was great to work with. I would give her what she asked for and she went to work. We had a true partnership. For the first time in my working life, I actually feel like I am on the right track!
I just want people out there who are like I was to know that you don't have to keep dodging the IRS and other tax agencies. I really want people to know what a spectacular service your company provides. TRS offers a way out of that disaster. I spent years living and working around the country, and I made some really poor decisions along the way. Once I failed to file a tax return one year, it just snowballed from there. I kept telling myself, "I will get caught up and back on track next year." Then the next year I would do it all over again. Next thing you know, I am dodging the IRS, and hoping I don't get caught. When I finally settled down, I had no idea what to do. I was afraid to contact the IRS and tell them because I figured I would just be in trouble. I didn't want to just start filing taxes for this year and hope for the best either. I was stuck and desperately needed someone to help. I honestly did not know which way to turn. That was when I found TRS. I actually realized that your company was here to do exactly what I needed. When my case manager, Sandra Wolfe, got involved, it was like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders! All of the people who I have dealt with at TRS were sincerely interested in doing what was best for me and my situation. At times during the process I would get worried because of some correspondence from the IRS, but Sandra was always there to take care of it for me! I want to thank you for Arash.
The IRS had put a levy on my corporate account.
First I found myself with payroll to meet, a new contract, and so on for my corporation, the stress was unbearable. I could loose everything literally!!!
I called your company at the suggestion of Hannity and Limbaugh, I am a firm supporter.
I was assigned to Arash, with my usual reservations after my experiences with attorneys.
Bottom line, I am a hard driver, I work hard, and have high expectations. I was not sure your company was for me as I am very demanding and expect the results advertised.
Arash evaporated my concerns, just working with him in the last few days I feel certain he was on my side and he did a good if not great job.
The only thing we disagreed on was that I wanted to fire the IRS Officer, but I will go with his suggestion because I have confidence with him. I do not have confidence with many!!!!

I cannot say enough about Leiya and Tax Resolution Services!!
I was afraid the IRS would take everything from me. I heard an ad about your company and went in and met with Frank. He spent a lot of time with me explaining what my options are and what I would need to do to get this horrible tax debt behind me. I was very nervous and he helped me feel better. A couple of days later I got a call from Leiya Barrow who told me she would be handling my case. Let me tell you, I could talk for days about Leiya. She was and is EXCEPTIONAL! She was on top of everything. She always kept me informed. She is a wonderful person. If she was not there when I called her message always had someone else I could call. But I only wanted to talk to her. Your company went so far above and beyond any expectations I had. I owed the IRS over $92,000 and when Leiya called me to say they are accepting $2100 as the final payment I couldn’t believe it. If anything, I was expecting to have to pay at least 10% of the liability. Honestly, she did so much work for me. I cannot say enough about Leiya and Tax Resolution Services!!

We went from owing the IRS over $40,000 to owing them nothing.
We had what I called the 3 headed monster: debt, mortgage and taxes. Our big problem started with an audit. We were so stressed out coming out of the auditor’s office when the he said you owe this much and when are you paying it back? It was a terrible day and we were in shock. We enlisted the help of another company who said they could do an Offer and Compromise and after paying them money, they basically dropped out. We were so leery of paying anyone else to help us but for some reason when we saw your company on the internet we called. Margie was wonderful. She stood by us every step of the way. It was a long process and we were patient and it all paid off. I have had many happy days in my life and one of those was when we found out the Offer and Compromise that Margie submitted for us was accepted. Incredible client care!
The client care and attention at Tax Resolution Services was incredible. Everyone was really on it, especially Shelly Murad. She is the bomb! She was always available, really smart and so nice. It was expensive but totally worth getting my tax problem behind me. They dealt with it so I hardly had to think about it. I saw an ad on TV about the company, the seemed like the real deal so I went in to meet with them. I am very appreciative of them and have already told a friend about them.

$80,000 of debt wiped out PLUS a refund of over $5000!!!
The bottom line is we had a big challenge with our taxes and were very stressed out. To be honest we did not have the time, patience or know-how to deal with it on our own. We heard about Tax Resolution Services from the Sean Hannity Radio Show. Because we trust him, we gave them a call. They totally took it out of our hands. Zaundra handled the State and the IRS and was able to get $80,000 of debt wiped out. The penalty abatement department even got us a refund of over $5000. There were times it would take a while to get a call back, but they really knew what they were doing and got the job done! We can now move forward with this problem behind us.

They got me an amazing settlement, basically saving me over 200K.
One of the major perks of having hired Tax Resolution Services was that they were my buffer against the fear and panic of the IRS! When I came to them collection activity had already begun by the IRS and Tax Resolution was able to stop that. They got me an amazing settlement, basically saving me over 200K. The company was great and if I had to give any type of criticism; it would be that I could have used a little more hand holding. Maybe just a call once a week saying everything was moving forward. Other than that, they are a great company to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From over $40k to $1k!
I am very happy with Tax Resolution Services. I found the company on the internet. I owed taxes to the IRS and the state. They negotiated a very fair payment plan with the state for me but what is really unbelievable is this: I owed over 40K to the IRS and had unfiled tax returns. Shelby Wells, my case specialist negotiated an Offer in Compromise on my behalf and the only amount I ended up having to pay the IRS was $1,000! I wasn’t sure if this would all work out this way because not everyone qualifies for an Offer. But I did and I am thrilled! I have already recommended your company.
