Disappointing service

I’m very disappointed with this company and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I had flowers delivered that were wilted and dying and instead of taking any sort of responsibility, I was just told that was the best available. For the price I paid? Unacceptable and unforgivable.
