Basic Question: How can this be?

Basic question: How can this be? Gil Michaels is the president of 2 companies located in the same location: IDCServco and Mytel International. Both have the same address, 3962 Landmark St. Both have a rating of "F" by the Better Business Bureau as well has hundreds upon hundreds of complaints lodged against them. They have been successfully sued by Toshiba, etc. They do no discriminate whom they target as long as there is a copy machine involved, thus often defrauding non profit and charitable businesses (this was my personal instance). Anyone who has had a spoken interaction with one of their irascible employees can probably ascertain that it's a miserable job, lining some insulated millionaire's pockets day after day. YET--Gil Michaels also runs "Animal Guardians, INC"--OUT OF THE SAME LOCATION. That's right, the same man who presides over 2 of the most unscrupulous extant telemarking companies also runs a non profit, presumably tax exempt business out of the same address. He even brags in print about donating 30 million dollars to animal causes. Yet there is barely any information about his special little pet cause, not even a real website. Just lots and lots of money going to a man who lives on top of a pile of deceit and disingenuousness. I hope he actually does like animals, it makes his hypocrisy even deeper and more malevolent.

Dorian - I can appreciate your disgust, but rather than rant in the open forum where people are asking for advice, why not write a review, and tell us what happened to make you so upset? Plant it right on their page to that potential customers will see. I think that will be way more beneficial to you than this.

I did write a review. After posting it, I did some research and uncovered a lot more deviousness. 60 or so other people have written negative reviews as well, so I thought this might reach a different audience/someone else who could stop it. Then again, Gil Michaels has been doing this since the 80's and it still occurs. They've even begun calling my office again with the printer toner scam. Shameless, but what can you do.
