This company operates a scam. We recently rented an RV from them and when we picked it up we were rushed through the pick-up process and the exterior scratches and dents on the vehicle were 'waved away' as insignificant. When we returned the vehicle the same scratches and dents were treated as being newly created and they immediately pocketed our $500 'damage' deposit. The manner in which this was done indicates that this is their MO that they pull on most, if not all, renters. In addition, the RV was dirty, with stained carpet and upholstery and many items were inoperable and in need of repair. Based on our first-hand experience, this is a very disreputable and dishonest company.

We are sorry to hear that you felt rushed through the checkout process when renting the motorhome. 123 RV Rental is a reservation service much like a travel agency. The owner of each rv and the renter should carefully go through the rv at the time of renting it to indicate all existing blemishes. 123 RV rental is a reservation service and we are not present at the time of renting the motorhome. The rental contract requires the initials of the renter next to the noted damages; any and all damages should be carefully reviewed and noted prior to signing a legal and binding contract. The owner opted to avoid making a claim through your insurance policy which is an ideal resolution to avoid increases to insurance premiums. All deposits collected for these repairs are sent to the owner of the motorhome and 123 RV Rental does not benefit in any way as the money is paid directly to the owner to satisfy the repair costs for the rv damages.
