First impressions last...:-)

I was in the military for ten years and I am frequently deployed and moved to different locations numerous times. I've dealt with a lot of moving companies and its always been a headache. Most of them are rude and keeps your stuff hostage so they can squeeze
more from you until recently. I was lucky to hire 24 hours moving inc to move me and they were professional people. How i say so? First, when i called their office they greet you professionally like introduce themselves and asked me what they can do for me.
Just with that opening greet from their office personnel makes you so confident. Which is actually based from the word first impression last. My conversation with the customer representative is quite concise but informative. I got a lot of information and
the packages they offer. She even sent me an e-mail of the packages so I can select. After I selected the full one, she sent me a quotation and when we agreed with everything we started setting up the move date. Second, the people who picked up my items were
prompt and the service was exceptional and they look neat. Third, No missing or damaged items upon arrival and, even though I usually keep a checklist of the items I'm shipping I know with these guys I don't have to. Everything will arrive to its destination
on time. I will use their service again.
