Luis did the bait and switch, and then walked off the job when I asked about it.
The price quote for my remodel included 4 new toilets installed for $1,500. When the toilets were delivered, I looked up the SKU on the Home Depot website and saw they were listed for $99!!!
The price quote for the bathroom vanity was $2,000. When it was delivered with the toilets, it was not in a box, but rather looked like it had been ripped out of another project! The back of the vanity had large rough cuts and the saw dust was still in the bottom of the vanity. There is NO WAY this used vanity is $2,000!!! When asked to justify his prices with the subpar quality products I received, he said prices are not negotiated after the project begins. #baitandswitch
Luis did not own up to the bait and switch, but rather walked away instead of making it right! I cannot recommend this company.
