Our apologies that you were under the impression that you could receive a refund for two years from the time of signing rather than being able to apply the initial deposit towards a move for the next two years. You have been provided with and signed the cancellation policy four times since the initial estimate was provided in February. Sarah in customer service provided you with another copy of the signed contract when you contacted her last week to cancel your move.
