Horrible experience with 3 Brothers Moving & Storage

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company. I moved four hours away and it was poorly handled. The only good service I got was lip-service while they were selling to me and telling me that they were the number 2 DOT movers. I have three pieces of furniture that I cherish because they are family heirlooms, the movers that 3 brothers contracted to do the moving damaged two of the three. I have yet to hear back from 3 movers & storage after leaving a voicemail message to complain and ask for a remedy. Before I gave them money, I got phone call after phone call soliciting my business. haven't heard didley from them since I reached out to them to complain. I would recommend them only to my worst enemy. To top it off, I had furniture coming from a different location from a family member. The movers that my family member hired were wonderful (Two men and a truck) were so professional, courteous and cautious with the furniture and with my house. The movers 3 brothers contracted with left mud on my floors in both houses. Both movers were in the same week, so it's not about timing, it's not about the price of things in the world now, 3 movers just stinks comparatively. 3 brothers moving and storage provided me with increased stress and managed to damage some of my most precious items during one of the more stressful times in my life, and no one at that company seems to care about that. I'm only selecting one star because it won't let me rate them 0 stars.
