Invoicing is a mess

Prices are exorbitant.
Invoice identified a charge for "packaging." Never seen this ever (I am 67.) When questioned, it was really "shipping." By being mislabeled, I paid 6% retail tax on shipping. It is ILLEGAL to charge sales tax on only "shipping" in VA.
There was a charge for "administrative fees." Again, never ever saw a charge of this type. "Sales Tax" was charged $0.0. When questioned, the "Administrative Fee" was the "Sales Tax." What a screw up.
3Day Blind does NOT honor NEXT Day Binds lifetime warranty. As a lawyer, I do not know how one can purchase an entire company and just say we are not obligated to honor their warranties. other obligations and debts without creditor or customer consent. I do not think this was a purchase out of bankruptcy?
