I had fabric covered verticals installed on 9 windows, and 2 glass sliding doors. After 4 years, some of the plastic sliders turned brown which I thought was a life-time warranty. They replaced all of the windows with no charge. The installation had not been done properly the first time, and the installer fixed everything. Great to see a company who stands by their product! Thank you so much.
