We were told after purchasing this product and service that it's not recommended for customers with radio internet. 'Too bad for you' was my answer from 8x8. Their solution was for me to sell my new phones on Ebay. I spent over $600 trying to upgrade my internet and tried 3 different internet providers. I also spent $400 on 3 phones and they charged me $487 for one month of service and cancellation fees. The system never worked right. They really want to sell their phones.........not that they'll work for you. Try to get any sort of a timely response from these people.
