Purchased systems for all my offices. After trying to install several different times with multiple headaches including reaching the people who were supposed to help us install we gave up and went back to landlines. I now have 4k worth of phones that are worthless!!! 8X8 are great salespeople! That's where the greatness stops and where the gotcha because of you signing a contract starts. Total Investment 10k....All flushed down the toilet.
Do your research and ensure this will work for you and also realize it will take a commitment on your part to figure out the technology because if it does not work well for you or you cannot get things to work right they will hold the contract over your head and come after you for every red cent and once you pay they come back and try to get some more!
Any of you satisfied 8x8 clients needing to add lines or need phones I have approx 20 of them brand new in the box! I will sell very affordable.
Not a company I would ever consider doing business with again.
