Do not use them - bad tactics

I was told that my billing was going to be less. It was for one month. The next month it increased 200+ % and continued to increase a few cents each month. I then cancelled my account and they won't prorate the services. Paid for a full month and said they can't refund the month of service not used. Watch your billing because they slowly increase as time goes on. It took me also an hour to close my account - on hold 3 times. Poor customer service!!!
