Do Not Trust Them
They sent me equipment to set up a system in my business. I was looking forward to dealing with them. I was told a Tech would set the system up. First they did not say I would need to install the hardware, second they did not say the "Tech" would call on the phone to tell me what to do. Next I ended up spending over 4 hours on the phone with a tech to get the system to work, he finally had me check some of the equipment codes and found out that the control unit was the wrong one to work with the phones I had. The unit was sent back and a new one received. It was attached to the system and a few days later another Tech called to help me set up the system. I spent over 4 hours again on the phone with a Tech and then the supervisor of the department. The system never worked. All was sent back and I was to get a full refund. Two months later and four more telephone calls and I still have not received a full refund. I am told that the fee for a 30 day trial period is not refunded. I said the phones never worked so there was no trial period, I was told I would receive the rest of my money back, three weeks later and two phone calls and I have been told I will get a refund and no money yet, I was told many times that my money would be refunded and I feel like I must bring them to court to get my money. They are thieves.
