Tried out phone system but the system would not work properly. Tech Support suggested trying a new router which they sent me and I had my IT guy install. While trying to get phones to work properly I received 2 extensions on the free trial period. The new router helped the phones to work a little better, but calls still got dropped and voice mail did not work, calls would get dropped. We were unable to park or transfer calls. Finally gave up on 8x8 phones. Now I am arguing over my refund. 8x8 does not want to give me a full refund. Finally after argument they said they would give a refund but would not tell me the amount. Told me I would have to wait and see after they received the phones and processed the cancellation. Could take more that 30 days to find out.
