Integrity and excellent customer service define Steve Craig and his business, AAA Discount Auto & Truck Transporters, Inc. From first receiving Steve's quotation (a great price!!), which included guidance regarding best business practices and consumer safeguards, to the end of my transaction, Steve was efficient, informative and a pleasure to work with.
I needed to have my car transported from the East Coast to San Jose, California. Once my order was placed (with no charges to my credit card until a truck was dispatched), it took only 3 business days for Steve to find an insured carrier. I was notified by the carrier that the auto would be picked up within 7-days, and it was. From there, it took the carrier only 3.5 days to get it to my doorstep. When delivered, the car was in as-received condition and all paperwork accurate. As well, the carrier service was efficient and pleasure to work with.
