DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had them clean my whole house & the exact same stains came up 3 weeks later. Oh & he also broke my kitchen faucet! They tell you how much it will cost before they get there & then jack it up another $100 for scotch guard & deodorizer. I called him & talked to him about it, hoping he would come out & re-clean it. All he did was argue with me, saying that it is only guaranteed for 1 week! Then he told me he would re-clean for another $50, but he never came back out, I have called him numerous times, but he never returns my calls now!! I have never had this problem with my carpet before! I get my carpets cleaned twice a year & they are usually pretty dirty, but they have always come out completely clean. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I WASTED $240!!!!
