Dishonest, and unethical business practices

1) We made an agreement for emergency plumbing work in my house
2) “Chris” was paid upfront for the work.
3) “Chris” only finished HALF of the work
4) “Chris’s secretary / woman answering his phone” kept giving me rescheduling excuses and a runaround to come and finish the remainder of the work that I paid for UPFRONT
5) “Chris” stopped answering my calls and voice mails, and started screening my calls.
6) I had to hire another plumbing company to finish the work that was not completed by “Chris”
I am very displeased with this dishonest business practice. It is sad that people’s work ethic these days is motivated behind ripping older / retired people off on a limited income. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS. I will be taking this complaint further to the better business bureau.
