Hello,
I was referred to Juan by a friend. From the start I was very impressed with Juan's ability to evaluate the floor plan and the level of details that were required to install the new floor in my house. He covered items related to the type of material, the items I would need besides the flooring, the amount of material required, what to do about the current baseboards, etc. He also asked and listened to my questions and concerns. He was punctual and provided a quote in great detail and according to the expectations he set during our initial meeting. I found the quote to be very reasonable. I am very happy with the installation and the work he did. I was very impressed by meticulous manner in which he took care of the floor, baseboards and made sure no walls were damaged. He took time to clean and sweep the floor before leaving.
I've already recommended Juan to other friends and I have plans to bring him back to work on other rooms in the house.
