I worked with Jason who is a stand up guy. He was to the point but happy to answer all of my questions. He lowered one of my cards from 20% down to 3%. I really like the fact that I can call them up for another appointment whenever I need help in the future and that this wasn't just a one time thing. I'm not going to stop using credit cards so I want to be able to lower my interest rates when I get new cards.
