I would like to take this moment to congratulate you on the professionalism of your staff. I am referring particularly your Sales Manager who recently sold me an air-conditioning system for my home, replacing a 20 year old system. He was immensely patient in answering my many questions and out did himself in commiserating with me about the price which was his most difficult sell, all the time ensuring me about the quality of the product. He truly is a very good salesperson and a very simpatico person, as well. He made spending so much money almost pleasurable (if that is possible).
While I'm at it, I can also commend your workmen who worked in an absolutely stifling attic for close to 12 hours and did not leave until everything was absolutely right.
So far I am very pleased with the system - especially with its quietness and the evenness of the temperature - and I am reassured to know that if there is a problem, AG Heating & Air Conditioning will be there to help.
