A-Plus uses deceptive sales practices. We recently put in a furnace and A/C unit. The salesmen promised us $2000 in rebates and tax incentives. After the unit was installed and we had paid them the entire balance, they said that we were not eligible for $350 of these rebates. After many phone calls and investigation it turned out that A-Plus was supposed to recycle the furnace. They did not do that. It took me three months to get satisfaction from Home Depot Home Services. A-Plus told me they could not do anything to help. It was the salesmen, not them?? Excellent installation team, poor business.
