This is the worst company I have worked with by far. I have never been treated with this level of disrespect ever in my life. I spoke with a woman named Pam, who was ignorant, inarticulate, and rude. As I was being stern with her regarding inaccuracies on my credit report she told me, she was going to get the file and proceeded to slam the phone down and call me a bitch, and how she is going to make me pay extra fees, all the while I am hearing her on the phone! I mean she is screaming at the top of her lungs, she in the office (I work in an office environment and I feel for the people who have to work with her, that is not the way anyone should act while in an office environment.) When she returned to the line, I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me, "For what? You don't need to speak with no supervisor." I called back and asked who the owner was, and she said, we are a corporation we don't have an owner, I asked for the name of the President of the corporation and she said that she didn't know, and that she suggest I try my best to figure it out. In addition to that, she hung up! To anyone who would hire AAA them to collect a debt, I'm here to tell you, that it is not a wise decision. If you don't believe me, check their grade, there is a reason why their grade is a D! They will not represent your company in a befitting manner.
The irony in this situation is, I was calling to settle a debt, but first wanted to handle the inaccuracies of the account, then pay via the credit card.
