These people are terrible. Their phone people are uneducated, inarticulate and rude! My wife and I were trying to purchase a house and because this collection agency reported a collection account to my credit in ERROR, I wasn't able to qualify for the loan. When I called them they agreed it was in error but wouldn't lift a finger to correct it even though they were ADMITADLY WRONG. When I asked the name of a manager they wouldn't tell me. I had to dispute this directly with the credit bureau and eventually got it removed. These people should not be allowed to do business in California or any other state!
