On June 15, 2010 we entered into a yearly contract with AAA Modern Air Conditioning, Inc to provide preventative maintenance to both of our air conditioners. Also on June 15th, one of the companies representatives provided so called maintenance to our air conditioners. This service was supposed to include flushing out the drain line and providing ALGAE treatment. However, on August 14th, not two months after our so called treatment, one of our air conditioners drain lines became backed up and created significant damage to our walls and floors. A representative from AAA Modern Air Conditioning came out to fix the problem of the backed up drainline. When the representative saw what came out of our drain line, he acknowledged that it was unlikely that it had been drained out on June 15, 2010. We are seeking to recover our damages. We provided AAA Modern Air Conditioning the opportunity to do the right thing and pay for the damages caused by their lack of correctly maintaining our air conditioners (as stated in our contract), they have refused. It is clear that they did not provide us with all of the listed preventative maintenance procedures listed in the contract.
