ABC is the best! My refrigerator went out around noon on the Tuesday the big storm and sub zero temps hit Rio Rancho. I tried to get assistance through the manufacturer, but the best they could do was say someone would show up between 8-5 the following day! I then called another firm and connected with Service Magic, who confirmed with that firm that no one could help that day either. So I asked the consultant if there was any local firm she thought could help and she gave me ABC's number to call directly. By this time it was 4:00 p.m., snowing, and I had little hope. But the young woman who took my call checked quickly and told me Ray would be there between 4:30-5:00 p.m. Ray came, tested 3 items and discovered my motherboard had shorted out. He didn't have the part but immediately confirmed with the office that Santa Fe had one and it would be sent down that night to ABQ. Here I sat with a fridge and freezer not working.....so Ray did a temporary fix to hold me 2 days or so until the repair could be made. Within 2 hours my fridge was back to normal! Due to sub zero temps and icy roads, ABC was closed. But the next day Ray got the part and installed it. He was courteous, helpful, showed great initiative, and best of all made me feel that he cared about my situation. He was among the most professional yet personable repair people I've ever had assist me. I give ABC, and especially Ray Trujillo, highest marks!
