Custom Cabinetry

Daniel Romo was hired June 15, 2016 to do the custom cabinetry work in my home to make it ADA Compliant. He came in my home and started demolition of my old cabinets August 1, 2016. He was supposed to be completed by August 31, 2016. It has now been 6 months and Daniel Romo has not finished the job. Not only has he failed to finish the job, but he also failed to give me what I wanted in terms of drawings. Daniel Romo promised me one thing and gave me another thing. There are many drawers not opening and closing properly as Daniel did not install them properly. Some cabinets are defective already. There are many cabinets with holes in them because Daniel failed to ask me if I wanted a handle or knob on my cabinets. So as a result, I have 3 holes in some of my drawers and cabinets. Daniel has yet to fix those defective cabinets. We have tried to contact him many times. He has failed to show up and finish the job. The last time he worked on my home was October 25, 2016. He was paid 90% of the job and only completed 40%. I primarily hired Daniel Romo to make my home ADA compliant for my fiancée. The home is not ADA compliant. The home is definitely not livable for a disabled. Daniel Romo definitely took advantage of a paraplegic.
