DO NOT HIRE ABC TRANSLATION - I hired ABC Translation to translate my birth certificate. They said they would have it to me in 48 hrs...
After one week of not receiving my birth certificate translated and notarized, I emailed the project coordinator. He said I should get it in the next 2 days.
I have been calling customer service and my contact and only get voice mail. I can't get a hold of a real person there to discuss the issue. I've left multiple messages and email with no response for a week two weeks.
I am now requesting my money is refunded - I'm not sure this will actually happen as I can't reach anyone there.
