I used AC911 to replace my air conditioning / heating unit. I interviewed three companies and this was the only one that was owner operated where the owner actualy came out and did the estimate and also showed up to do the work. Ther price was fair and it included things the other two compaines never mentioned. Every was done the exact way I was told it would be and exactly on time. It is very rare to find a company that is fair and honest. I would highly reccomend them over any other air conditioner compay I have ever delt with.
