I contacted AC911 due to the fact that my air conditioning unit was not working properly. The system simply was not cooling my home. Oze came to my home and diagnosed the problem. Oze took the time to explain in detail the problem and what was needed to fix the problem. Oze replaced a defective run capacitor which prevented the need to replace the compressor which was about 3 1/2 times the cost of the run capacitor. I was very impressed by Oze's knowledge, workmanship and honesty. I must also say that the young lady I initially spoke to in setting up the appointment was extremely courtesy and helpful. I will definitely use AC911 in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning work.
