I wanted to rent a house from this company, so I put down a $500 hold for it while I got all of the other money I needed(for the down payment). When I wanted to move in, they gave me the contract to sign, and I couldn't do it bcause they just want to steal all of my money. The conditions of the contract were rediculous, so I didn't sign the contract. They are evil people who probably make all of their money ripping honest hard-working people off. Also, the $500 that I put down to hold the property is non-refundable. Beware this company, and try to get them to let you look at the rental contract before you pay for ANYTHING. Once you see the contract, you will see what I am talking about. Seriously, don't trust these evil people. They will milk you dry!!!!
