Trying to get my money back and filed complaints and got $6900 stolen.

I had a tax issue with back taxes for the years of 2002, 2003, and 2004. I had talked with Darin James and he filled some of the paperwork. I had the power of attorney and still didn't get anything resolved or paperwork filed with the IRS or the state.
I had spent $6900 on this and I had signed this paperwork on 10-10-11. I am trying to get a resolution or since they aren't doing anything, I'm having to pay interest and penalties each day and I had enough of this. I tried to contact them and I noticed they
have a new business name again. I am trying to work with a local attorney and might have to take them to court to get my $6900 that they took and didn't honor what they said they would do in the signed contract. I do have Darin James's signature and the contract
and paperwork as well for legal purposes. I just hate so many companies that don't honor what they say or scam other people and need to be stopped. Resolution Sought: As I stated above, since they didn't honor their contract, I am looking at getting my $6900
