Let The Buyer Beware

I have been a customer of this company for a few years, though I have only bought about $4500 in precious metals. I assumed they were trustworthy based on earlier purchases, so I decided to make a larger purchase. I ordered a variety of silver which totaled $4992. I know this is not a lot for most people, but for a working man like me it is a significant purchase.
I got a call from them that they had to have a lot of identifying documents to "verify" my purchase. I told them that they had already cashed my check so obviously they didn't have enough of an issue with the purchase "verification" process that it prevented them taking my money. I asked them to just cancel the purchase and refund my money.
Now they say that I waited too long to cancel so they want to keep my money for two months. They may give it back at that point but, honestly, based on other reviews I have since read about the company, I highly doubt it. The two other reviews posted here certainly must be either fan boys, co-owners, or employees. I strongly encourage anyone considering dealings with this company to seek other, reputable businesses. At best, I recommend that you buy from a local, trusted business. This has been an expensive lesson for me, and I would hope others can learn from my unfortunate experience.
