ARM Hollywood Video FTC

I have filed an official complaint with the FTC 1-877-FTC-HELP today. They are aware of this scam, and advised me to call 1-877-322-8228 to make sure this bogus debt does not go on our credit report - an "annual credit report".
The FTC said that ARM is violating the federal "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act."
I encourage you to call the FTC at the above number to file a claim!
The agent at the FTC, in response to my question as to how to respond to ARM if they call again...tell them to take a hike"
