I have renovated and remodeled three homes in the Bay Area, and, therefore, speak from experience. AVA Construction was, by far, the best construction company I have ever worked with. AVA did an extensive remodel to my home, which included foundation and structual work as well as a full interior remodel.
From initial planning stages through the final details, my project was skillfully managed, unexpected site conditions capably handled, budget expecations met and project time estimate met, even with my change orders! Everyone who worked on-site was highly skilled, hard working, friendly and responsible. For me, the best aspect of working with AVA was the clear and responsive communication. Whether by call, email or text message, we were able to quickly resolve any field surprises and change orders. This construction company is unlike any other due to the high quality of workmanship, their enthusiasm and commitment to the project, and their problem-solving abilities. They are also committed to great customer relations, which I value. I recommend AVA Construction without reservation.
