I have received service from this company through my home warranty service multiple times. Last fall, the technician they sent misdiagnosed the AC problem and the warranty company had to send another company out to fix the problem. Last week, I had another AC problem. After not showing up twice for appointments without calling, the technician showed up and was very polite and the AC was running again. BUT he said I needed the coils cleaned, there was lots of pet hair caked on the coils. So I said let me think about it and decide. The next morning he showed up at the house when I had not authorized the work. He said the cost was $400 and could I pay him now?! Now??? In cash? Before you do the job, be real. Do when he left, he said "I'm done, I'm not doing this job and if you want it done, it's going to be $500!" and he walked off. I also, the same week previously had a plumbing issue. The water bill was high and the water company diagnosed "running toilets". I called the warranty service and they send AZ plumbing. After fixing the toilets, we asked if he was going to do the dye test to verify the toilets were fixed. The man said "I've been doing this for 30 years, I don't have to test anything." And of the 3 toilets, he had only fixed 2. I called again and after another attempt, finally someone showed up after missing an appointment and fixed the final toilet. I have never been treated so rudely and now I don't trust ANYTHING this company does. Even the operators that answer the phone are like talking to a piece of cardboard. The management should be ashamed of the work and service their employees are giving. The warranty company should also stop doing business with this company. Mutiple times, with different issues they have dissapointed. I would give them a minus if I could.
