Incredibly BAD!

Ray can say what he wants...... I had my home inspected by Ray himself in May 2012. (Obviously not 1-2 years ago...and he's STILL up to his old tricks!) He missed plumbing and electrical issues throughout our home. We now have to hire contractors to fix those items. And since the home already closed we will be holding the bag for the cost. Ray tends to be a bit unstable. He will talk nicely to you but when you challenge him on the facts he becomes unglued. How does a home inspector miss electrical outlettes that are a fire hazard? Electrical switches that are a fire hazard? A sink plunger that won't close? Ray shouts and is unreasonable with his customers all the time. Take the time to read other reveiws on other sites....save yourself a headache of the century!
Also, Marie @ Tierra Madre Realty in ABQ recommended this co. enthusiastically to us. Something tells me certain Realtors just want the deal to close without too much hassle. Stay away from Tierra Madre and A & R. They are the worst possible combination for home buyers.
If you don't believe the myraid of bad reviews just pick up your phone and call Ray. Tell him you read very bad things about his business on-line.
Judge for yourself when youtalk with this man.
BTW, Ray read my review and called me on the phone to verbally harrass me and threatened to sue me.
A VERY unstable person.
