Dear BBB
Often, people use the BBB to COMPLAIN about a company. I'd like to use it to tell you what a wonderful job this company has done for my father, who is elderly. He lives in a condominium in Hollywood...and is just learning how to use set top boxes for cable tv and his new laptop computer we just bought him.
Accelerated has the television and Internet service in my father's building. They came out on time...and helped my Dad get his Internet going and provided a diagram and instructions on how to use the DISH/DirecTv complicated remote control unit.
He later had a problem and called into their office for some support and was treated like every customer would want to be treated like. Their tech, Joseph, took his time and was quite patient with his assessment of the situation and I commend his patience.
I'm glad that now that my father has retired to Florida, his "touch with the world" is being handled by such a competent group of people at Accelerated.
I would recommend them highly
