Fraudulent shipping charge

I ordered a cell phone windshield holder and selected expedited shipping at Amazon.com I was expecting that my order would be at my door in one or two days. The tracking information took at lease two days to post and it said that the order was placed USPS and that the expected delivery date was 7 days from when I ordered the item. My idea of " expedited shipping " is NO MORE that three days and other items that I have order through Amazon have fallen well into that time frame.
I contacted Amazon and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do and to try and contact the seller.
The seller replied to my question saying that under Amazons rules that my ordered shipped with in the time frame allowed.
What a lot of rubbish ! No where does Amazon state what the shipping requirements are to their customers nor will they do anything about my complaint. It seems to me that Accessory Export LLC is using Amazons rules to defraud it's customers of excessive shipping fees.
I also have to wonder what's going on with this company says it is in Riverside, CA but the tracking statement says it is shipping from Carson, CA. The two cities are no where near each other ( and not even in the same county )
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!
