I recently ordered a package of cell phone accessories from Accessory Export LLC. The package included a cell phone protector case (plastic shell), screen protector, antenna booster, and car charger. The products were "cheap", but the package cost was $9.99 + shipping, so I was not expecting perfection. However, the protector case broke within a week of delivery (the plastic tabs that are supposed to hold it on to the phone snapped off - cheap construction). When I called to request the company replace the broken item, they flat out refused. Customer service is obviously at the bottom of their priority list. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing from Accessory Export LLC. They do not stand behind their products.
