Absolutely do NOT use Accord Appliance out of Temecula, CA. Need an example of the most poor service in history??? Would not put it past them scamming the AHS people either. Claim was opened on my Frigidaire Refrigerator on Aug. 28, 2011. Received call from Accord on 08/29/11 and tech. was out the same day. I thought great service, but boy was I wrong. Their computers went down for several days, Charles not in due to family emergency and parts not ordered until 09/08/11. Yep, 11 days after tech. came out the parts were finally ordered. First it was a thermostat & two door gaskets. Suddenly it became 5 parts adding a timer and a heater. Parts should be in 09/09/11 no then 09/13/11 no now they say parts had to be backordered so will not arrive until 09/15/11. MY REFRIGERATOR IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! I AM AT DAY 16 SINCE TECH CAME OUT!!!!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Update 09/20/11: Day 24 of this nightmare. On 9/15 the parts arrived. Appointment set for Mon. 09/19/11 NO SHOW reset for 09/20/11 but they called and rescheduled for Thurs. 09/22/11. MY REFRIGERATOR IS STILL NOT FIXED ON DAY 24 SINCE TECH. CAME OUT!! 3-5 Days is a LIE!!!! Just tell your customers it will take 11 days for you to order the parts, 8 more days to get them in and a minimum of 7 more days to get them installed!!!!
