Absolutely horrible experience. Accord was assigned by my home warranty company. The first visit was scheduled relatively quickly to repair a broken refrigerator and washing machine. They fixed the washing machine but said a senior technician was required for the refrigerator, but that couldn't be scheduled for 15 days! The washing machine worked for one cycle and broke again, full of water. I called Accord and they would not send someone back out until the senior technician appointment. At that appointment they fixed the refrigerator but needed to order a part for the washing machine. They wouldn't schedule an appointment until the part arrived. The part arrived but the earliest appointment is another 9 days away! They won't send someone to drain the washing machine. This place is a joke and I would highly recommend staying away!
